It was reported in May 2021, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan has invested in property worth Rs. 31 crores in Mumbai’s Andheri. It was bought from real estate builders in Maharashtra, known as Crystal Group, developing the project called Atlantis. The apartment is said to be 5,184 sq. ft. and attracted a stamp duty of Rs.62 lakhs.
The property will have six car parks, and Mr. Bachchan will be taking the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth floors.

Prateeksha, Juhu
The first real estate that Bachchans got as a family home in Juhu-Vile Parle. It is this property where both his parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan, lived and is a grand old property. Often Mr. Bachchan is seen visiting the house.
Jalsa
This property was given to Mr. Bachchan as remuneration by director Ramesh Sippy after the success of the film ‘State Pe Satta.’ It is a twin-story bungalow and has an area of 10,125 sq. ft. It is a kilometer away from Prateeksha.
Janak, Juhu
The property is used as the office of the megastar’s office. It was bought in 2004 for Rs 50 crore, and the JVPD’s Road 11 separates Jalsa from Janak. It has been reported that when Mr. Bachchan wants to go to work, he just crosses from one property to the other, ensuring all the privacy. It was also reported the top two floors are his personal space, like a music room and gym.

An 8000 sq ft. property behind Jalsa was bought by Bachchan sr. and a junior in 2013 in the pursuit to extend the area of Jalsa.
