The penthouse has been sold for a total of 37 crore rupees. The sale of this property was facilitated through Markotech Developers for Lodha Builders, who are a big name in the construction industry.
The largest deal in Pune’s history:
According to the available information, in the past two years, from April 2022 to now, a total of 32 houses priced above 10 crores have been sold in Pune. This information was provided in their agreements. Until now, the most expensive house in Pune’s history was priced at 18.5 crore rupees. This record has now been broken, and post-registration, the price per square foot for the penthouse at Lodha One in Bund Garden is calculated between 28,000 to 29,000 rupees, and the property has been sold for 37 crore rupees. The press release issued by the company states that this is the highest rate for a property at this level. This 37 crore penthouse has been named ‘Emperor Palace.’
