It was the year 2002 when Mr. Bibhishan. V. Gaikwad ventured into real estate. He had nothing but his indomitable dedication, persevering hard work & technical experiences that inspired him to set up this company.

BIVEGA REALTY (earlier known as Rohan Construction) was born out of the name of the leader himself. The creative amalgamation of the initials of Mr. Bibhishan Venkatrao Gaikwad, resulted in the emergence of BIVEGA REALTY! Also, the name is derived from the Sanskrit word, Vivega which means – right, judgment, intelligence and smart, which fits the brand philosophy of BIVEGA REALTY.

Under the aegis of Mr. Bibhishan V. Gaikwad, Bivega Realty has marked its presence all over the PCMC area, from Chikhali North-East to Ravet West in Pune.
