The Mittal Group, which in 1998 was engaged in the retailing & packaging business had spread to various parts of the country and flourishing rapidly, decided to diversify. After much deliberation this group of young entrepreneurs, led by the dynamic Mr.Naresh Mittal who has a vision for the future, decided to step into the construction business.

Pune, which was fast advancing and becoming a hotspot for multinationals as a destination for huge investments, was chosen as the base city in which Mittal Group would establish their presence.

The first step of Mittal group into this arena took off successfully. Right off the bat, their first venture Sun City was developed which eventually gained so much popularity that the road on which it is located (Sinhgad Road) was soon being called the ‘Sun City Road’. One project followed the other with resounding success, eclipsing the earlier achievements which made Mittal group one of the most reputed and trusted builders in Pune.
