It’s official: Actor Ranveer Singh has bought himself a luxurious in Mumbai. So now Ranveer Singh has become SRK’s neighbor.

The actor, who has been living in apartments in Mumbai since his rise to stardom, has now taken the plunge, and recently, Ranveer Singh bought a luxurious quadruplex worth Rs 119 crore in Mumbai and became Shah Rukh Khan’s neighbor. It is the most expensive deal for a single residential apartment in the entire nation. The apartment was purchased from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP by a company called Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, in which actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani serve as directors. Total stamp duty for the two-part transaction was paid for Rs 7.13 crore.

Apartment Space:

The apartment has a total carpet space of 11,266 square feet and a private patio of 1,300 square feet. It is located on the tower’s 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors. The deal is worth more than one lakh per square foot by the current property prices in the area. This apartment is fully covered by CCTV security.

According to Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO, and co-founder of CRE Matrix and Indextap, “Bandra-Juhu belt has been the choice of tinsel town. Therefore, this transaction does not surprise us. With celebrities like Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan living nearby, the Bandstand area is especially in high demand.

There are lots of flats in Mumbai; since the property also includes a large patio and multiple parking spaces, the deal was completed at a little over Rs. 1 lakh per sq. ft. cost, according to Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO, and co-founder of CRE Matrix &Indextap.

Shahrukh Khan, the star of the Bollywood film industry, is now a neighbor thanks to Ranveer’s most recent acquisition because the flat is close to Mannat, the King Khan house, on the same road.
