The project would cost Rs 550 crore to build, with income projected to reach approximately 1,100 crores. In addition, the business will enter the Delhi and Mumbai marketplaces for the first time.

“We’ve decided to develop 500,000 square feet on a 4-acre land site near Rohini in Delhi.” According to the developer, the two- and three-bedroom units would cost Rs 1.25 and Rs 2.5 crore.

The business plans to invest Rs 270 crore in the project and hopes to earn Rs 750 crore. In addition, ATS Homekraft would build 425,000 square feet in Powai, Mumbai, for Rs 600-650 crore. In FY 2021-22, the firm generated total sales of Rs 1.040 crore, with a target of Rs 1,370 crore in FY 22-23.
