According to documents obtained by Zapkey.com, an internet portal that compiles publicly available property registration data, Bollywood actor Kajol joins renting properties in Mumbai for two years for Rs 90,000 per month. She is one of a slew of celebrities that have rented out their homes in 2021.
According to the records, the 771 sq ft apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis complex in Powai’s Hiranandani Gardens. On December 3, the leave and license agreement were registered.

The tenant, Asha Shenoy, paid a Rs 3 lakh security deposit, and the rent will be increased to Rs 96,750 per month after a year.
Kajol presently resides in a magnificent mansion in Juhu, one of the city’s most affluent neighborhoods, with her husband, Ajay Devgan, a famous actor. Many superstars, including Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and others, call this neighborhood home.
